- FIRE TEST - TRADA report FR1139, 1987

PREPARATION & METHOD

Cut out all rotted, loose or flaking material and vacuum to remove dust. Abrade or grind as necessary to provide clean, stable surfaces free of all contaminants.
Mix the two liquid components first (2.5/8 Litre packs), add the powder slowly (wear a dust mask) and then mix the three STRUCTURAL GROUT components thoroughly using a mixing paddle in an electric drill.
Ensure that the temperature is above 5 degrees Centigrade, or pre-warm the materials, otherwise curing may be delayed or prevented. Cure time: 24 hours initial at 20C, 7 days full. Working pot life: 45 minutes at 20 degrees C. Minimum de-propping time 48 hours, subject to ambient temperature.
For injection, dispense the STRUCTURAL GROUT into the 1 litre cartridge by pouring, leaving the foil seal in place.

THIXOTROPIC EPOXY ADHESIVE

- Compressive strength >50 N/mm2
- Tensile strength 18 N/mm2
- Young’s Modulus 5000 N/mm2
- Bond Strength 4 N/mm2
